Professional monitoring services are provided through UL-listed central stations operating in the United States. These partners receive only the information necessary to verify and respond to alarms, including your name, property address (for dispatch purposes), emergency contacts, and alarm event data. Monitoring partners are contractually required to protect your information and use it solely for monitoring purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specific retention periods include:
- Account information: duration of account plus seven years for legal and tax purposes
- Marketing subscription data: until you unsubscribe plus 30 days for processing
- Camera cloud recordings: according to your selected plan (7–60 days default)
- Alarm event logs: three years for service quality and legal compliance
- Website analytics: aggregated data retained up to 26 months
Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your information where no legal obligation requires retention.

Our Site and Services are not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. When you use Cybelerain cameras and recording features, you are responsible for complying with federal and state wiretapping, surveillance, and privacy laws. We provide technical tools; legal compliance is your responsibility.
12. International Users
Our Services are intended for users in the United States. If you access our Site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you consent to such transfer.
